Agave Highlands is located in the Verde Valley across from the spectacular Mingus Mountain range. It is an 18-hole course perfect for all levels of golfers. Situated 3,300 feet above the Phoenix metropolitan area, we are framed by the vast range of the Black Hills that extend from Camp Verde to Cottonwood. Natural arroyos come into play where four lakes border the tenth and eighteenth holes. To top it off, we have a pleasant average temperature of 80 degrees!

OTHER INFORMATION

  • Please keep carts on paths around tees and greens and all par 3's.

  • Keep carts out of ditches and native areas.

  • Must have a valid drivers license to operate golf carts.  Permits are not allowed.  

  • There are homes that border some of the holes.  Please be aware that golfers are responsible for their golf shots and any damage they do on or off the golf course.

  • Each player is required to have their own set of clubs. 

  • Consumption of alcoholic beverages must be purchased on site.  Personal coolers are not allowed.

  • Dogs are allowed as long as they are leashed the entire time they are on property.  Please be advised there is lots of wildlife on the course, including a small squadron of Javelina.  

  • Course is generally busy first couple hours after 1st Tee Time

  • Course plays fast, expect 4 - 4.5 hour rounds.  Holidays, Busy Weekends and Tournament Days 4.5-5 hours.

  • Dress Code

    • T-shirts and Denim ok

    • No Tank Tops

    • No Swimwear

PRACTICE FACILITIES

Driving Range

  • Open 30 minutes before first tee time

  • Closes at 5pm Daily

  • Token Operated Dispenser

    • Tokens available in golf shop ​

    • $7 per token = approx 35 balls

  • Range Closes every Wednesday at 3pm for Picking and reopens Thursday morning after mowning.

Putting Green

  • Open 30 minutes before first tee time

  • Closes when last golfer comes off golf course.

  • Please repair any ball marks from chipping

Chipping Area

  • Located around and below putting green.

  • Please use nets for high lofted practice shots.
